1. Tender Executive / Sr. Tender Executive
- Bid Preparation: Managing technical and commercial bid submissions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working with Legal, Finance, and HR departments.
- Compliance: Handling pre-bid queries and ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.
2. Tender Coordinator
- PAN India Tracking: Monitoring tender status across various regions.
- Reporting: Maintaining MIS and documentation follow-ups.
- Communication: Acting as the single point of contact between Corporate and Regional teams.
3. Tender Sourcing Executive
- Identification: Finding new opportunities via Govt, PSU, and Private portals.
- Database Management: Maintaining a robust tender database and tracking deadlines/BOQs.
