Key Requirements & Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Core Expertise: Deep design experience specifically in Structural Steel.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, STAAD Foundation, RCDC, and SAP.
- Technical Tools: Practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in Post-Tensioning (PT) design using software like RAM Concept is a significant plus.
- Project History: Hands-on experience in the analysis and design of complex structures such as:
- Airports and Railway Stations
- Stadiums and Malls
- FOBs (Foot Over Bridges)
- Culverts and Tanks
- Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of both Indian and International Codes & Standards.
