- Planning of project site activities with planning manager mapped with resources and equipment to achieve milestones and maintaining records for progress data, monitoring, day to day updation and highlighting critical aspect to the manager on timely manner for corrective actions. Also, key planning activities including quantification, documentation, drawing record maintenance, material tracking, reconciliation, and client billing.
- Quantification for billing and customer certification.
- Managing the contractors/vendors at site.
- Preparing daily progress report, material receipt report, Daily plan/weekly plan.
- Internal resource allocation.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with customer.
- Reconciliation of material and quantities.
- Strong coordination and team building skill.
- Contractors RA bills approval, processing and to ensure timely payments.
- Handling client including stage wise inspection, clearance and certification.
- Handling sub-contractor including monitoring productivity, progress and billing.
