Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering degree.+1

  • Eligible Batches: 2025 pass-outs or final-year students passing out in 2026.+1
  • Eligible Disciplines: Ceramic, Chemical, Civil, Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/IEM, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral, and Mining.+1
  • Diploma Holders: Candidates who completed a three-year diploma and joined the 2nd year of engineering (Lateral Entry) are eligible.+1
  • Minimum Marks: * General: 65% or 6.5 CGPA aggregate.+1
    • SC/ST/Transperson/PwD: 60% or 6.0 CGPA aggregate.+1

2. Age Limit (as of 1st Jan 2026)

  • General Candidates: Max 30 years.+1
  • SC/ST/Transperson/PwD: Max 32 years.+1

Training and Career Progression

  • Duration: Selected candidates will undergo 1 year of training as Engineer Trainees.+1
  • Absorption: Upon successful completion of training and regular evaluations, trainees will be appointed as Assistant Manager (IL6).+1
  • Medical Benefits: During training, candidates receive Medi-Claim coverage of ₹2,50,000 per annum (hospitalization) and ₹6,000 (OPD) for self.
