Open Positions and Eligibility
SJ Contracts is currently inviting applications for the following roles in Site & RMC operations:
- Lab Assistant: 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Site Supervisor: 2 to 6 years of experience.
- Junior Engineer / Engineer / Senior Engineer: 1 to 8 years of experience.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of construction quality. Key responsibilities include:
- In-depth study of RCC drawings and material testing.
- Managing QA/QC documentation and following strict inspection procedures.
- Handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), root cause analysis, and implementing Corrective & Preventive Actions (CA & PA).
- Thorough knowledge of IS Codes and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
