Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to handle the following core functions:

  • Pre-Contract Management: Manage end-to-end activities including BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and tender documentation.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and comprehensive rate analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare cash flow statements and pre-contract status reports.
  • Tendering & Bidding: Handle bid evaluation, participate in negotiations, and finalize work orders.
  • Coordination: Maintain seamless communication with clients and contractors while managing tender tracking documentation.

Skills & Competencies

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong expertise in Quantity Surveying and tendering processes.
  • Proficiency in interpreting Construction Drawings.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel for data management.
