Eligibility Criteria
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, or ECE.
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Requirements: Must be willing to work at remote Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) locations and be comfortable with physical tasks and working at heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing the de-erection and re-erection of major WTG components (nacelles, blades, gearboxes, generators, and transformers).
- Using specialized Derrick Lifting Technology for site operations.
- Planning and coordinating rigging and lifting operations to ensure safety and efficiency during assembly/disassembly.
