Key Responsibilities

  • Costing & Estimation: Leading the financial planning phase for various infrastructure projects.
  • Subcontractor Management: Verification, processing, and reconciliation of subcontractor accounts to ensure transparency.
  • Data Consolidation: Gathering and streamlining billing data from multiple project sites to the head office.
  • Invoicing: Ensuring timely and accurate client invoicing and rigorous cost tracking.
  • Financial Monitoring: Tracking budget vs. actual expenditures and reporting variances to management.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaising with Project, Procurement, and Finance teams for seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of costing, estimation, and subcontractor billing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex data and coordinate between departments.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a similar capacity within the construction or infra industry.
