Roles & Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer at Infrasyss, you will play a pivotal role in data management and site safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Site Visits & Data Management: Conducting PAN India site visits to manage and download project data.
- Road Safety Audits: Utilizing a specialized mobile application to conduct audits alongside Team Leaders.
- Documentation: Preparing detailed reports, drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimations.
- Safety Coordination: Investigating accidents/incidents and conducting safety meetings and training sessions.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate safety records and project documentation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Must hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Highways/Road Construction or Design.
- Communication: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) with excellent presentation skills.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to use mobile applications for safety audits and manage digital data effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent observation skills and the ability to implement safety measures on-site.
