Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end scheduling and monitoring of the civil works for the solar plant. Core duties include:
- Schedule Management: Preparing and implementing detailed project schedules with a focus on PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with Civil, Interior, MEPF, and Operations teams to ensure synchronized progress.
- Reporting: Monitoring on-site progress and preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) for senior management.
- Risk Mitigation: Identifying any deviations from the master schedule and developing recovery plans to bring the project back on track.
- Resource Planning: Developing comprehensive manpower and resource plans while ensuring vendor compliance.
- Methodology: Finalizing construction sequencing and methodologies in coordination with Works Managers.
Eligibility Criteria

- Academic: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, specifically in planning for industrial projects.
