Job Overview: Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client billing, project documentation, and strategic planning. Key focus areas include:
- Billing Excellence: Managing RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation with BOQ. You will be responsible for Measurement Book (MB) preparation and certification.
- Strategic Planning: Utilizing tools like MS Project or Primavera to track milestones, CPM, and prepare monthly progress reports (MPR).
- Contract Management: Navigating GCC/SCC conditions, JJM guidelines, and handling variations or deviation statements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the bridge between the client, PMC, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless billing realization.
