Key Responsibilities

As a part of the Techture team, you will be at the forefront of BIM execution. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Modeling & Documentation: Developing high-quality 3D BIM models and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Clash Detection: Performing multi-disciplinary clash detection and resolution via Navisworks.
  • Project Coordination: Identifying RFIs, conducting constructability analysis, and liaising with global stakeholders.
  • Advanced BIM: Working on 4D/5D (Time/Cost) integration and Scan-to-BIM (Point Cloud) conversion.
  • Leadership: Maintaining model health, mentoring junior staff, and implementing BIM standards (LOD, COBie, BEP).

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in these roles, candidates should possess:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (Core Arch only; No Civil required).
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of BIM workflows, quantity take-offs (BOQ), and construction methods.
  • Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
