Key Responsibilities
As a part of the Techture team, you will be at the forefront of BIM execution. Your daily tasks will include:
- Modeling & Documentation: Developing high-quality 3D BIM models and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Clash Detection: Performing multi-disciplinary clash detection and resolution via Navisworks.
- Project Coordination: Identifying RFIs, conducting constructability analysis, and liaising with global stakeholders.
- Advanced BIM: Working on 4D/5D (Time/Cost) integration and Scan-to-BIM (Point Cloud) conversion.
- Leadership: Maintaining model health, mentoring junior staff, and implementing BIM standards (LOD, COBie, BEP).
Skills & Requirements
To be successful in these roles, candidates should possess:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (Core Arch only; No Civil required).
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of BIM workflows, quantity take-offs (BOQ), and construction methods.
- Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
