Job Openings & Requirements

| Process Engineer | 4–10 Years | B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical) | Design distillery processes, PFD/P&ID inputs, and use CHEMCAD/HTRI. |
| Distillery Layout Engineer | 15–20 Years | B.Tech/B.E./Diploma (Mechanical) | Plot plans, unit layouts (fermentation/distillation), and AutoCAD/PDMS. |
| Design Draughtsman | 4–8 Years | Diploma / ITI (Mechanical/Drafting) | Prepare P&IDs, equipment layouts, and sectional views in 2D/3D. +1 |
Detailed Job Descriptions
1. Process Engineer
- Role: Engineer distillery processes, including equipment and piping sizing.
- Technical Skills: Preparation of core deliverables (design basis, manuals) and support for commissioning.
- Software: Proficiency in CHEMCAD or HTRI is required.
2. Distillery Layout Engineer
- Role: Manage plant layout engineering for distillery, ethanol, sugar, or chemical projects.
- Focus: Develop master layouts ensuring safety, constructability, and statutory compliance.
- Software: AutoCAD (Proficient); exposure to PDMS, E3D, or Plant 3D is an advantage.
3. Design Draughtsman
- Role: Interpret drawings based on process inputs and site surveys.
- Focus: Maintain accuracy and compliance with ASME/ISO standards.
- Software: AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D preferred). Exposure to SolidWorks or Navisworks is a plus.
