Detailed Job Descriptions
1. E&I Head (Electrical & Instrument)
The ideal candidate will oversee leadership, design, and implementation of electrical systems while ensuring strict safety and compliance.
- Key Responsibilities: Maintenance reliability, project management, and continuous improvement.
2. Lead Stores (Purchase & Stores)
This role focuses on streamlining the supply chain and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Key Responsibilities: Material forecasting, supplier coordination, and team supervision.
3. Shift Engineer (Electrical & Instrument)
Focused on the technical health of the plant’s instrumentation.
- Key Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and providing technical support and training.
4. Shift Engineer (Process)
Responsible for the core production and chemical processes.
- Key Responsibilities: Managing melting and casting operations, quality control, and process monitoring.
5. Engineer (Mechanical)
Ensures the mechanical integrity of plant equipment.
- Key Responsibilities: Breakdown handling, preventive/predictive maintenance, and shutdown planning/execution.
