Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Execution: Expertise in foundation/substructure (piles, pier caps), portal beams, and PSC/RCC girder casting and erection
- Contracts: Proficiency in FIDIC conditions, EOT drafting, rate analysis, and dispute resolution
- QS & Billing: Hands-on knowledge of measurements, rate analysis, and leading billing teams
- Resource Mobilization: Strong network for sourcing and deploying skilled/unskilled workmen
- Safety: Hazard identification, site inspections, and maintaining client-specific safety documentation
